NASA laboratory 'humanely euthanized' 27 of its research monkeys in one day due to 'advancing age'

The monkeys, most of whom had Parkinson's, were under the care of LifeSource BioMedical, a private drug research company leasing space at NASA's Ames Research Center in California.
